Hello, my loves, welcome back to another episode. I just had an amazing conversation with my private client, and I wanted to bring that conversation to you, and we were discussing plateaus. Now this is very familiar to me, because I sat at 30k months for, gosh, almost three years. And listen, I know how fucking amazing 30k months are to have 30k month after 30k month, every single month. It's consistent. It's the kind of money that most people are praying for. But I didn't start my business and become an entrepreneur to have a job where it's the same amount month after month after month, and if you are wanting just consistent money where it's the same every month, go get a job. That's not what entrepreneur is, right? That's not what entrepreneurship is. I'm an entrepreneur for the potential and the freedom to having my own income go as high as I want, where I am the one that gets to determine my wealth. And there was a point where I could just feel in my bones that I was meant for more. I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I was meant to be making more money, just like there's this knowingness that just what came over me, so to speak, like I have this knowingness that I meant for massive, massive, more money. So I started to look deeper into this plateau, and what looked like stability on the outside and consistency was actually a plateau. And here's what I want you to understand, there's a huge difference between stabilizing income and being stuck in a plateau when we first hit, you know, an an income level. We have to work on stabilizing it, doing it over and over again, where we have the energy, the beliefs and the actions and structure to hold at that new level, and that's normal. And you may be in that phase, you may even be working on stabilizing, because even though you hit that amount every month, it can still feel like an uphill battle. But once you've stabilized it, there's a lot less push, and there's a lot more coasting, and that can be such a trap in business, getting comfortable and coasting stabilization is a win. It means your systems, your brand, your energy, can hold at a specific level, and that's awesome. Like hell yes. We all fucking want that. That's when our nervous system is like, whoo, cool. But when stabilization just turns into autopilot, when we've stopped stretching ourselves, stop risking, stop dreaming, that's when we stall, and one of the things that we have to do is get our nervous system on board with being, being having, being stretched, be normal, like it's like the normalization of the risk taking, the normalization of the big dreams, the normalization of being stretched a little bit past our capacity every single time. Now for me, one of the things I did where I got really comfortable was I stopped dreaming. I remember after I left my full time job, right? I was a teacher for 16 years, and when my business started, you know, just like consistently, like year after year, making more money, like I had, I'd made over 200,000 in just my online business, when I put in my resignation to leave, and then I had to go through the whole rest of the year when I was like, Okay, I'm done. I've already hit 200,000 i i got something here, and so I had to finish out my school year. But I remember once that June hit of where I was done teaching, and I had a call with my mentor at the time, and it was maybe just like two weeks after, like, once it was like, all the celebrations were done, and I was just like, I don't know what Next. Like, I don't really know what I want next. Like I had this it was, it was almost like a big dream fatigue. It's like this period after you hit your big dream where you're like, uh, what next? It felt very much like, I don't know. This is how I felt like after my wedding, where I had spent we were engaged for almost two years. Or it's like, every day you're thinking about the wedding, every day you're planning, every day you're doing something for it, there's so much time and energy put into this big day. And then, like, right after, you're like, uh, what? I put all my attention and focus on what, what. So I'm on my like, I remember having this like, you know, moment in time where I said to my husband, we were on our honeymoon. It was like, Oh, well, like, what am I going to do with all my time now, because it's not being put into the wedding. And this was kind of like how I felt, where it was just like nothing was really lighting me up or exciting me, because I just hit my big dream. So it took me a little while to, like, figure out what I wanted, and sure I had things that I wanted, but like, nothing was really driving me or emotionally pulling me at that point, the emotional pulls to that push me out of my comfort zone, that stretch me where, like, I would say, I don't care about fear. What fears come up and I would just push through it because my desire was bigger than my fear. Yeah, I didn't have that for a while. It's like, I don't know what I want and I like that was the that's the fastest way to lock yourself into a plateau is to stop dreaming bigger. And part of the things is like, one of my big dreams is to open an animal sanctuary. And part of it like, felt like so far away and so big that I couldn't emotionally connect to it, and where, you know, leaving my full time job, I could actually emotionally connect to it. I always say that I felt like the universe was giving me daily reminders of why I wanted to leave teaching, like I love, love, love teaching, and I loved my students. There were so many things that though, didn't allow me to actually teach my students right? There's so many things within the education, education system that just make things difficult, more difficult than they need to be, where I was no longer able to do the thing that I loved doing, which was helping those break have those students have those breakthroughs, and watching their eyes light up when, you know, the light bulb would come on and be like I got it Mrs. Donovan, and you know, all of those things where it was more of managing behaviors instead of actually teaching, and right? So, like, I always say that like I was getting daily reminders that I wanted to leave teaching, but when after teaching, it was like I wasn't getting those daily reminders of this new big dream, because I didn't know what this new big dream was, right? And so the moment you stop imagining new levels, new realities, new ways of expanding, you start to choose safety over overflow. I want you to think about it like the gym. When you first start working out, your body changes fast, right? You're losing weight, you're building muscle, you're hitting new personal best. But if you keep lifting the same exact weight, running the exact same miles, doing the exact same reps, your body adapts, and then you plateau. You stop building those muscles, you stop losing weight, you stop hitting records. Business is the same. You can't keep lifting the same weight and expect new results. So I had to really spend some time dreaming bigger and see what was pulling me. Then I decided to dive into my business and look at where in my business, was I staying in my comfort zone? Now for my clients, because I'm able to psychically see what's off, where they're in their comfort zone, and where you know they're playing it safe, I can do that for them, but I'm going to, for those of you who don't have psychic abilities, I'm going to share with you a process that I teach my clients how to do for when I'm not there right, when they want to do this on their own and they don't have the abilities. So you want to look at, oh, let me just say the process is called the energetic audit. So you want to look at every single aspect of your business, your offers, your offer flow, your pricing, your client delivery, your marketing, your lead gen, your Client Onboarding, sales, follow ups, all of that. I'm talking everything, and see how you feel. What now feels heavy, what feels expansive? Where am I doing it? Just to do it, where am I playing it safe? Why am I doing the thing I'm doing? And is that how my next level is doing it? And sometimes this will mean letting go of clients or letting go of offers, because they're actually in your comfort zone.
Mm. So often, people will find their comfort zone is in their pricing, and that's gotta mean raising their price, but they don't out of fear that clients will leave them or that noone will pay the new amount. That's a comfort zone if you're there, that's why you're in the Plateau. Or maybe it's letting go of that offer that's draining your soul, but it makes good money, continuing to sell and support that offer that's a comfort zone. Then I want you to ask yourself, when and where are you not being unapologetically yourself? Where are you filtering your words and guys, I see this. I see people doing this at every single income level. I've had to call out multiple multi million client, millionaire clients. So clients were making multi millions because they were playing it small and not being their full self. And actually, sometimes I see that people who have bigger followings make more money, have more clients on their roster, actually is what causes the fears that lead to filtering the words, because now you have more people watching you, you have more pressure. But here's what I want you to remember, your plateau isn't the problem. It's a mirror. It's showing you exactly where you normalized, good enough, instead of overflow. Now we can't just identify this information and be like, cool, I know I need to raise my price and then not actually fucking do it. We have to take the goddamn action. We have to make the moves. So if you know you're in your comfort zone is you're still holding on to that offer that you can't stand anymore, do the big scary thing
and close it down right now, of course, is there strategic ways that you can do it? Yes, absolutely.
Are there ways that, like, you can have, you know, offers bring it? Yes, there's, there's all things that you can do strategically, but the fact that you just have this fear of like, oh, I can't let this go because it brings in money that you're not even asking yourself, What could I do differently? How could I shift this right? What could I do instead? And sometimes the answer is straight up, just letting it go so your time and energy can focus on the other offers you have. I actually did that earlier this year, there was an offer. It wasn't necessarily draining my energy. I just was no longer aligned with selling it as a group coaching program. I no longer like I wasn't lit up by the the calls that we were having every week. And so I knew that this was what I wanted to do, was turn it more into a self study. And so I did the big scary thing, and a group program that was bringing me in money every single month that was, you know, stacking my recurring revenue every single month, I let it go. And it's scary, but sometimes you just gotta, you know, count to three and jump. And so you have to take the actions on the things that you are seeing you are are scared of that you're in your comfort zone, stretch yourself. And if you're asking yourself, like, oh, I don't know where I'm not stretching yourself myself, then you're not actually reflecting. You're not going deep enough. And sometimes we need somebody to mirror that for us and ask us those questions. But you're, if you're in a plateau, guarantee there is a level of comfort zone, right? So some people, they'll even play in their comfort zone, of like, raising their price. And I'll be like, Okay, I'm just going to raise my price $25 and they'll give every excuse in the book, of like, oh, well, I, you know, don't want to charge that much. I want to be accessible. I want to do this, you know, I I want people, especially my healers, I will find they will really be the ones that are like, I don't want to raise my price. I'm like, okay, you don't want to raise your price for your one on ones, but you have, and this is another thing, you have to get very real with your goals.
I'm just going, I'm just fucking going on today. I'm going, I'm just going with whatever channels
through, but you have to be so real in your numbers, like, I love you, healers and spiritual like, spirituals. You. You're my people, but we gotta bring you down to the 3d sometimes I have had clients who have come to me for like, a single session, and they'll say, oh, I want I'll say, like, $50,000 a month. And I'm like, Cool. How much are you charging 111 for a session? And I'm like, All right, so do you have any other offers? Do you have any automations? And pretty much it's like, oh, I have, like, a $25 thing, or, you know, maybe the most they have is a 333 and I'm like, Okay, so let's divide 50,000 by 333 let's say that's your biggest offer that you have. Let's do that right now, in real time, because I can't remember the number I told them, okay, so if we have 40, if they want 50,000 and everyone should be doing this, okay, like you need to really look at are your offers aligned and your price points aligned with the actual goal that you have. So let's say 50,000 and you have an offer that's 333 now let's say these are one off sessions. That would mean you would need to have 151 clients every single month. Now let's divide that. That would be 37 clients a week. Let's divide that by five. That's like eight clients a day, and most y'all spiritual people are doing like, hour to 90 minute sessions. So those of you who are saying, I want freedom and I don't, I don't want to work as hard, your goal does not match with your desires and your price points. So there's gotta be a change and a shift, right? So get out of your comfort zone of charging low amount. And I again, I see this like I have clients who are charging, you know, sick having six figure packages, and they're like, Can I
really go to $150,000 package? Packages. Yes, yes, you can, right?
I have this with clients who are already in the millions. It's like, Could I really make multi millions? Yes, yes, you can. So take the action, do the big scary thing. Okay? This is how I broke out of my plateau. This is how I went from 30k months to my first $50,000 month. I drank, dreamed bigger, stretching myself out of my comfort zone, doing big scary things and being even more unapologetically me. So I went from 50,000 excuse me, 30,000 to 50,000 months. Right? And this is the exact work that I do with my private clients. We don't just scale businesses. We collapse timelines. We dismantle the blind spots keeping you stuck at good we activate the overflow that's already waiting for you. So if you've been listening to this and you're like, I'm freaking. Done with plateaus, done with good enough, done with safety, and you're ready to actually step into overflow and do the actions and the work and the big scary things. Here's what I want you to do. I want you to DM me the words overflow era. When I get that DM you and I are going to have a private conversation about where you're at, where you want to be, and where you've been holding yourself in comfort, and what it looks like to step into your millionaire frequency. Because the truth is, you can keep lifting the same weights, or you can push beyond the plateau and step into your overflow era. Alright, my loves. So message me on Facebook or Instagram. Tell me what are what big, scary thing are you pushing out of? Right? So if you are going to raise your prices, message me and tell me you're raising your prices. If you are letting go of an offer, I want to cheer you on and celebrate my what I have realized is my love language is connecting with you all. If you missed my live. Yesterday, I went live on my Facebook page and on Tiktok, and I talked about how I was kind of just feeling a little blah, and I realized I had I'd stopped going live. And so I wasn't feeling the connection because I as a mani Gen, I love getting that live connection with people. My love language is connection, and I love to and celebration, connection and celebration. Those are, that's, that's, that is my love language in business. And so I want to cheer you on. I want to celebrate you doing the big scary things and pushing out of your comfort zone. Alright, my loves, alright. I hope you have the very best day, and I will see you on the next episode. You.
